The Electors' Action Movement : ウィキペディア英語版
The Electors' Action Movement

TEAM (short for The Electors' Action Movement) was a centrist political party from 1968 to the mid-1980s at the municipal level in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It fielded candidates for the office of mayor as well as for positions on the city council, school board, and park board. It was most successful in the 1970s when it held the majority of council seats from 1972 to 1978.
TEAM was founded by Art Phillips, the head of a successful Vancouver investment firm, and by the late Dr. Walter Hardwick, a UBC Geography professor. Phillips and Hardwick were both elected in 1968 and both went on to secure seats with a TEAM majority council in subsequent elections.
Art Phillips and Jack Volrich were two TEAM politicians who served terms as mayor in the 1970s. Michael Harcourt, who eventually become Premier of British Columbia in 1991, began his political career as a TEAM member of city council.
